Conditions of sale of advertising

In advertising materials, we are obliged to represent Ticket Service, by means of a logo or text, as a company providing ticketing services.
Promotional materials must be delivered to Ticket Service 3 working days before the start of the promotion. In case of delay, Ticket Service has the right to cancel the booking and to request a refund of up to 50% of the price of the advertisement (service) booked in accordance with the price list.
Ticket Service shall not be obliged to provide the advertising service if the advertisements are not submitted in a form acceptable to Ticket Service and/or do not comply with the language and/or advertising laws in force in the Republic of Latvia.
Advertising materials that do not comply with the requirements of the Latvian Advertising or Language Law or that mention other companies or persons providing ticketing services in addition to Ticket Serviss will not be accepted.
Ticket Service reserves the right to refuse a reservation of advertising space.
Ticket Service reserves the right to make changes to the price list.Cancellation of advertising reservation
The Piletilevi Group AS must be notified in writing of the wish to cancel an advertising booking no later than 7 working days before the advert is displayed. If you wish to cancel an advertisement order with shorter notice, you will be charged 80% of the price of the advertisement ordered..
