As soon as the event has been entered into the system, you can start selling tickets. Important! All graphic materials provided by the organizer and published in Biļešu Serviss PLG digital environment must be in RGB colors. Events with incomplete information will not be entered into the sales program.

Event form

This form is intended to collect all the necessary information for the accurate preparation and publication of the event for ticket sales. Please carefully complete all fields, providing precise details about the organizer and the event, including the venue, date and time, language, age restrictions, and accessibility options. The form should also include information about ticket prices, discounts, and the seating plan. Complete and accurate information will help us ensure high-quality event listing and a successful launch of ticket sales.

Promoter's form

This form is intended for collecting essential information about new partners (event organizers) in order to prepare a contract and initiate cooperation. Please provide accurate company legal details, contact information, and bank details. The submitted information will be used for contract preparation, proper invoicing, and ensuring official communication between the parties. Complete and accurate information will allow us to efficiently prepare the necessary documents and start a successful collaboration.

Start ticket sales

As soon as your event is entered into the system, ticket sales can begin.

Important!

Along with the completed application form, please provide a short event description and a poster design (2400×1256 px; jpg).

All visual materials must be in RGB color format. Events with incomplete information will not be published in the ticketing system.

Sign the agreement

The agreement is required to formally establish clear and legally compliant relations between your company and Biļešu Serviss PLG in communication with ticket buyers. Once the standard cooperation agreement has been signed, new events can be managed via the application form.The agreement will be sent to you by the project manager after the application form has been completed.

How do payments work?

Biļešu Serviss PLG issues a commission invoice based on the previous month’s sales, which is offset against ticket revenue. The final payout is transferred to the organizer on the Friday following the event.

Can I receive payment before the event?

Ticket revenue can be paid out before the event if certain criteria are met. Please contact your project manager for more details.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?

Upon the organizer’s request, Biļešu Serviss PLG can repurchase tickets. We handle all communication with customers.

If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date and do not need to be exchanged.

How much does the Biļešu Serviss PLG service cost?

We offer a wide range of sales and marketing solutions for both large and small organizers.

With the help of a project manager, we will find the best solution tailored to your needs.

Can I integrate ticket sales into my website?

Yes, you can integrate the Biļešu Serviss PLG purchase widget directly into your website. This service is free of charge.

Can I reserve tickets and issue invitations myself?

Yes, organizers can reserve tickets, issue invitations or priced tickets, and send them directly to customers via email.

Do you have venue seating plans?

The organizer provides the seating plan, and we configure ticket sales accordingly.

We already have seating plans for most venues, but for new or custom venues, the plan must be submitted.

How do promotional codes work? Can I track their usage?

To create a discount code, you need to provide the code name, value, and any time or quantity limits.

We also offer personalized codes and provide reports on their usage.

How does ticket sales work at the venue? Do I need to arrange anything?

We handle the ticketing setup and provide the necessary tools. Your project manager will guide you through the process.

How does ticket control work?

You can rent 4G ticket-scanning devices from Biļešu Serviss free of charge or use the Piletilevi Group control app available on Google Play and the App Store.

I want to contact ticket buyers. What should I do?

Due to GDPR regulations, customer data cannot be shared with third parties.

However, communication can be arranged via Biļešu Serviss PLG and your project manager.
